Guidelines for the crowdfunding industry in Latvia

The guidelines for the crowdfunding industry in Latvia is a compilation of basic principles that have been developed by the Association as recommendations to the members – crowdfunding services providers. The Guidelines comprise minimum operational standards in a form of recommendations; however, every member of the Association is free to opt for introducing and following even higher operational standards in their activities. Application of the Guidelines shall not release a member of the Association from the obligation to follow the requirements set out by law.
